Our mission is to ban all intentional and unintentional forms of geoengineering in Wyoming. By investigation and education, we will increase public awareness of its threat to our atmosphere and advocate for health and well-being of our citizens. Geoengineering is the practice of dispersing harmful chemicals into the skies above us without our knowledge or consent. We aim to protect, preserve clean air, fight for a safe, healthy sustainable environment and ecosystems for the generations to come. We are working independently and without bias, and we desire to uncover the real truth about the negative impact these clandestine, atmospheric experiments have on the environment and the air that we breathe.

What’s going on up there?
Geoengineering is defined as planetary-scale environmental engineering of our atmosphere, our weather, the oceans, and the Earth itself.
The United States government is trying to cover up the fact that they’ve been geoengineering for “decades”. They're doing stratospheric aerosol injection (S.A.I.), solar radiation management (S.R.M.), weather modification and manipulation, marine cloud brightening (M.C.B.), cloud seeding just to name a few. This is all being done in secrecy without our knowledge or consent. Shrouded in darkness, the truth is concealed from the general public to protect government agencies such as D.A.R.P.A., D.O.D./D.O.W., other Federal and other Government agencies, NGO’s, for-profit private military industrial complex business partners such as Lockheed Martin, Northrop Grumman, etc, and other suspicious publicly-traded and private companies like that could be supplying the materials being sprayed into our atmosphere such as but not limited to; American Elements, NovaCentrix. Dow Chemical, Kaiser Aluminum, SABIC, Electronics Materials Co. Ltd., Nanophase Technologies Corporation, Heraeus, Shoei Chemical Inc., etc. Other companies, suppliers and government contractors that provide High Pressure Pump Manufacturers, containers, and related equipment, systems, services and logistics of interest (long list) should also be investigated as well. Interesting fact: they've had the wool over our eyes for better part of a century! Learn the history! Experimental weather modification goes all the way back to the early 20th century. In thelate 1930's, the Soviets invented weaponized cloud seeding to control the battlefield. Shortly after, in the early 1940’s under the leadership of 32nd president of the United States Franklin D. Roosevelt, the military began experimenting so as to not be militarily disadvantaged. Following Operation Popeye in 1964 under the supervision of president Lyndon B. Johnson, operations really started to heat up during Vietnam. Starting in 1948 here in Wyoming, the U.S. Air Force conducted Operations 'Skywater' and 'Prairiedrafter,' during which people reportedly became sick, developed cancer, or passed away. In 1979, the United States joined forces with Canada, spraying Chaff as a radar-blocking countermeasure.
Since those early days, geoengineering has evolved by leaps and bounds with every advancement in technology from humble ground-based radar systems (N.E.X.R.A.D.) to satellite, 5G ultra wide band, and now artificial intelligence and more. Today, thousands of aircraft are injecting the atmosphere with chemical aerosols worldwide and daily.
But why should I care?
Our government has been engaging in geoengineering for decades. Injection of nano particulates into the upper stratosphere down to the troposphere is taking its toll on Mother Earth and all its creatures. Controlling the weather and playing God has devastating consequences. What goes up must come down. Eventually, whatever is being sprayed in our skies will end up in every living organism from our mountain peaks to the depths of the ocean floor. So why care? You tell us why you should care!
There is a staggering lack of transparency from regulatory bodies about the practice, and the long-term health consequences are still unknown. It is entirely possible that these chemicals could contribute to cancer rates, birth defects, or even harm our ecosystem, but the United States government is keeping a tight lip about the operation, and the Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) all but denies that it’s even happening, and even claims to be regulating it.

What can we do about it?
This is not a partisan issue. This is not political. This is survival! We humbly ask you to set aside your personal differences and come together as a community, united against a common enemy: chemtrails!
We aren't asking you to believe us, we're inviting you to learn the real truth! There are so many sources out there, there is no good reason to be indifferent. Take a little time to uncover the real truth about those "abnormal mystic tubular clouds”, “white haze”, and “weather phenomenons” occurring. Like for an example: our 2026 Hottest and Driest Winter ever recorded in History. Set a few wind records too! Host respectful discussions in your community about this issue.

Call to Action
We, the undersigned, come together as concerned citizens of Wyoming to demand immediate action to ban all duplicitous geoengineering activities (deliberate and unintended) within our state. Geoengineering, the deliberate manipulation of Earth's climate systems, poses severe risks to our environment, health, and future generations. Our representatives must take a clear and aggressive stance against these practices and enact robust regulations to protect our state and its inhabitants.
What is Geoengineering?
Geoengineering encompasses a range of technologies and techniques aimed at altering the Earth's climate on a large scale. These methods include but are not limited to Solar Radiation Management (SRM), Atmospheric Aerosol Injection, specifically Stratospheric Aerosol Injection (SAI), Carbon Dioxide Removal (CDR), Marine Cloud Brightening (M.C.B), Cloud Seeding and Weather Modification. While proponents argue that geoengineering offers solutions to mitigate the impacts of climate change, the potential consequences are poorly understood and have catastrophic effects on our planet.
Acknowledging Reality:
Geoengineering is happening contrary to popular belief, geoengineering is not confined to the realm of science fiction. Experimental projects are already underway, with the potential to irreversibly alter our atmosphere and ecosystems. From Stratospheric Aerosol Injections to ocean fertilization, these activities are conducted without adequate oversight or public consent, jeopardizing the integrity of our environment and violating our right to a safe and healthy future.
Demand for Strict, Aggressive Regulation and Accountability
We call upon all of our Elected Officials, DEQ, and all other state and county environmental agencies to take decisive action to ban all forms of geoengineering activities in Wyoming and enforce the Clean Air Act. It is unacceptable for these potentially hazardous experiments to proceed without proper regulation and oversight. Our representatives must prioritize the well-being of our communities and ecosystems over the interests of corporations and institutions.
